As a wedding videographer, I have the privilege of capturing love stories in some truly breathtaking locations—but Bridget and William’s wedding at The Hillside Estate in Cross Roads, Texas was something truly special. Nestled in the North Texas countryside, just outside of Denton, The Hillside Estate is a French-inspired luxury venue that offered the perfect backdrop for a day full of elegance, romance, and heartfelt moments.

From the emotional first look to the candlelit reception, every part of Bridget and William’s day was full of intentional details and unforgettable memories.

The day began in the venue’s stunning bridal and groom’s suites. Bridget, surrounded by her bridesmaids and family, got ready in a bright, airy space filled with natural light—perfect for capturing those soft, emotional moments on film. Her gown was a lace dream, and the quiet moment when her mom helped her into it will forever be one of my favorite shots of the day.

William and his groomsmen were in good spirits as they prepped in the stately groom’s suite. Before the ceremony, he read a handwritten letter from Bridget, and it was impossible not to feel the emotion in that moment.

One of the highlights of The Hillside Estate is its jaw-dropping indoor ceremony space—and Bridget and William’s ceremony showcased it in all its glory. With towering windows, crystal chandeliers, and an all-white palette, the space felt like something out of a European estate.

The aisle was lined with candles and lush white florals, leading up to a stunning floral arch where the couple exchanged their vows. The soft natural light streaming through the windows created the dreamiest glow, and the emotion in the room was palpable.

After the ceremony, we stepped outside for golden hour portraits, and the grounds of The Hillside Estate did not disappoint. With rolling hills, wide open skies, and beautifully landscaped paths, Bridget and William had the perfect setting for romantic, relaxed moments together.

The way the two of them laughed, held each other, and simply enjoyed those quiet moments post-ceremony was beautiful to witness—and even better to capture on film. The sunset cast a warm glow over the estate, making this portion of their wedding film truly magical.
